Join us to learn your personality style, improve communication, and increase workplace productivity through the DISC assessment.

This small group helps participants explore how their God-given personality and behavioral style influences the way they live out their faith in the workplace.

Using the Everything DiSC® model, participants will reflect on how they communicate, respond to pressure, handle conflict, build relationships, lead, and serve others—and how they can intentionally demonstrate Christ in each of those areas.

The goal is not to have a different personality. The goal is to become a more Christ-centered version of yourself.
